1. The service

ReframR is a smart video reframing tool. You upload a video, we produce reframed versions in the aspect ratios you select.

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Is child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content illegal under United States federal law.
• You do not own or do not have a license to process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any video you upload.
• Contains threats of violence, harassment of identifiable individuals, or doxing material.
• Is intended to deceive (e.g. non-consensual deepfakes of real people).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice and without refund.

3. Credits & refunds

ReframR is sold as credits. Each video reframe consumes credits per the rate shown in the dashboard at the time of submission. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Unspent credits are forfeit on account deletion.

If a processing job fails due to an issue on our side, we will refund the credits consumed. Failures caused by uploaded content (corrupted file, unsupported codec, etc.) do not qualify for refund.

4. Service availability

ReframR is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but make no SLA guarantees in v1. Live status is at /status.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ReframR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file at least 30 days before they take effect.
